Full facility · Private to your team
Companies rent the entire facility for the day. No other guests. No external schedule. A controlled environment your team can actually think inside of.
Arrive and transition out of reactive work. Your team is welcomed into a private environment with coffee, breakfast, or light catering available.
Align on the focus for the session. Identify the key problems, decisions, or questions that require clarity.
Step into individual float sessions. Remove external input and allow sustained attention to return. This is where deeper thinking begins.
Come back together and share insights. Patterns emerge more clearly after uninterrupted thought.
Refine decisions, align as a team, and determine next steps. Then repeat the cycle as needed to go deeper.
Structured cycles of individual focus and team alignment create clarity that typical meetings cannot.
The problem
Leadership runs on hundreds of small calls a day. Quality erodes long before anyone notices.
High-output teams don't collapse — they quietly compress. Recovery is no longer optional.
Notifications, calendars, and shallow meetings make sustained thought nearly impossible.
Teams stop building strategy and start firefighting. Output looks busy. Direction goes blurry.
Why this works
Most teams operate in fragmented attention.
Floatation removes external input and allows the nervous system to reset.
Afterward, thinking becomes quieter, clearer, and more focused.
When a team shares that state, collaboration improves.

The core idea
“Sustained attention creates better thinking. Better thinking creates better outcomes.”
Floatation removes the noise — sound, light, gravity, input — so individuals and teams can think at the depth their work actually requires. Then they regroup and build better solutions together.
The Think Tank Experience
A structured day designed for strategic planning, leadership alignment, creative problem solving, and high-stakes decision-making.
Built for teams where clarity and direction directly impact outcomes.

Sensory input drops to near zero. The nervous system resets. Ideas surface without effort.
Re-emerge into a quiet, dimly lit lounge. Capture what surfaced before the world rushes back in.
Structured discussion with the team. Clarity exchanged. Patterns surfaced. Decisions named.
A second round in the tank. Test the thinking. Pressure-check what was discussed.
Synthesize. Walk out with a clearer plan than any conference room could produce.

Frequently asked
Full-facility experiences typically host teams of 4 to 16. Larger groups can be accommodated through staggered scheduling across the day. We'll tailor the structure to your team size during the planning conversation.
Float sessions are 60 or 90 minutes. For groups, we stagger arrivals so that some team members float while others are in the lounge, then rotate. A typical half-day runs four hours; a full-day experience runs six to eight.
You enter a private suite with a large open float pool of skin-temperature water saturated with Epsom salt. You float effortlessly. Sound and light fade. After the initial settling period, the nervous system shifts into a deep state of rest. No prior experience required.
Arrival and grounding (30 min) → first float round (60–90 min) → integration in the lounge with optional brunch (60–90 min) → structured discussion or strategy work (60–90 min) → second float round → close-out and synthesis. Optional massage runs in parallel.
